SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We generally ship your order in 3 to 5 business days within the U.S. - NOTE: this does NOT include shipping time.  (Personalized items can take longer.) 

Orders ship Monday through Friday. 

At The BananaNana Shoppe, you'll find "No Surprise" flat shipping options: $6.95 for USPS Shipping and $15.95 for UPS/FedEx Shipping (for orders shipped within the U.S. - except to Hawaii and Alaska).  The shipping rates apply to each "Ship To" address using ground shipping.

We want you to to be happy with your fun Groovy Grandma gifts. If you need to return an item*, we will be happy to replace it or give you a credit/refund (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of your purchase (*please see note below regarding PERSONALIZED ITEMS). Just repack the item in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and mail to:
